Hello, there. Welcome to my humble abode.
I believe my best writing stems from deep emotions and reminiscence. After a few failed attempts at blogging, I have finally decided to write conscientiously on this blog.
You will most definitely find lots of random stuff here, about anything and everything. It could be my life, my attempts at literature...anything, really. Depending on the topic, I may write in standard English, intercepted with bits of colloquial Malaysian English (as a result of linguistic habits).
I do hope you enjoy reading about my life and pursuits.

Last 5 years (May 2020) / Living in times of COVID-19

It's been over 5 years since I've been actively blogging. Well done, Sue, well done. Talk about immense procrastination. With that in mind, pardon my shitty writing skills because I've obviously been out of practice. So what's happened to me in the last 5 years? 2015 - Spent most of the year working a shitty shift job after finishing uni, slogging away for at least 40 hours a week for less than minimum wage in Australia. 2016 - I was struggling with depression for most of the year, I ended up taking a very long break from any form of work or study and moved back to Malaysia. I did eventually land myself my first accounting job towards the end of the year, though. 2017 - The year I attempted to move from one accounting job to a possibly better accounting job. Ended up getting fired after 2 months fml. 2018 - I landed yet another job in accounting, but this time for a private company. I loved the working environment and didn't mind the job at all, b

First post!

In case you've typed this address into your web browser and wondered why this blog is practically empty, it's because I've switched links. This link was previously for my first blog which has since been privatised, has now been changed to this . Anyway, amidst my slow and painfully annoying recovery after 2 consecutive nights of partying last weekend, I'm waiting to begin my 16-week part-time internship, starting tomorrow. Surprisingly, I'm feeling quite neutral about it. Well, should I compare it to my entering uni during my first year, the feelings are definitely neutral. I guess this makes for my very quick first post on my new public blog. I'm anticipating a yummy chicken and mushroom cheese baked rice dinner, courtesy of le big brother. Trials & Turmoil: Part 1 - Parting Ways

Greetings, netizens. It's been a while. A really, really long while. It's been a week since I finished what could possibly be the last time I will be sitting for finals. Yes people, it won't be soon before long until I can officially call myself a graduate. Fingers crossed that I passed all my subjects last term, though - results won't be out till mid-November. The past couple of months have been pretty much a blur for me. What with me trying to keep up with my studies whilst maintaining a romantic relationship. Believe me, the former was much less of a problem than the latter. Needless to say, my relationship with Andrew ended on mutual terms. I'd been hinting at it for a few weeks prior to our split, but neither of us had the balls to even begin to say anything about it.
