Happy Belated Hatch Day, Aunty Mei Mei! You've now reached the milestone of turning officially 21, along with Rae Rae and myself. :D

My profuse apologies for not being able to spend your birthday with you, especially since you and your family spent my birthday with me when you came to Sydney. I definitely miss the short 8 days we spent together when you came over to visit me and the gor to tour sunny Sydney. Definitely wish we could have done more stuff together, just the two of us. It's also quite unfortunate that you're now back in Kelantan and I'm still in Sydney - talk about bad timing. On my part, I have also been absent from Chinese New Year and Christmas family reunions over the last 2-3 years because of my time spent down under.

In any case, here's well wishes to you. Continue being happy and healthy, both emotionally and physically. Please, please also do the very best you can for the remainder of your medical course. Oh, and I'll be happy for you when you also find a boyfriend (because I'm just being a "terrible" niece, if you know what I mean).

First post!

In case you've typed this address into your web browser and wondered why this blog is practically empty, it's because I've switched links. This link was previously for my first blog which has since been privatised, has now been changed to this . Anyway, amidst my slow and painfully annoying recovery after 2 consecutive nights of partying last weekend, I'm waiting to begin my 16-week part-time internship, starting tomorrow. Surprisingly, I'm feeling quite neutral about it. Well, should I compare it to my entering uni during my first year, the feelings are definitely neutral. I guess this makes for my very quick first post on my new public blog. I'm anticipating a yummy chicken and mushroom cheese baked rice dinner, courtesy of le big brother. Trials & Turmoil: Part 1 - Parting Ways

Greetings, netizens. It's been a while. A really, really long while. It's been a week since I finished what could possibly be the last time I will be sitting for finals. Yes people, it won't be soon before long until I can officially call myself a graduate. Fingers crossed that I passed all my subjects last term, though - results won't be out till mid-November. The past couple of months have been pretty much a blur for me. What with me trying to keep up with my studies whilst maintaining a romantic relationship.
